Maggie Eterno | Team Owner & CEO

Maggie is co-owner of The Eterno Realty Group and serves the team with her marketing and networking skills. She attended Brenau University and then went on to finish her bachelors in Psychology and Business at Liberty University. Joseph’s success and need of an Operations Director pulled Maggie to join Eterno Realty Group in a full-time role. She now oversees team building and accountability. Together with Joseph, they have built Eterno Realty Group as well as several investment business where they partner with others to buy, fix and sell properties in Georgia and Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

Joseph is the co-owner of Eterno Realty Group and has literally held every position on the team. After six years in law enforcement, Joseph decided to start a locksmith business in Gainesville, Georgia. After building the business and having it staffed, he found himself with some free time in between customer calls. As an entrepreneur and a desire to live a life by design, he decided to take real estate classes to obtain his license. He thought that one transaction a month would be a great goal to provide supplemental income for his family and keep him busy in between locksmith clients.

Joseph hit the ground running on a local team and closed 21 transactions between April and December and was named Outstanding New Agent for the Hall County Board of Realtors. In 2016, he went out on his own and closed 53 transactions earning him the KW Southeast Region Rookie of the Year award.
