As Eterno Realty Group’s Director of Operations, Sarah oversees the systems, processes, and day-to-day operations that keep the team moving forward. From streamlining workflows and managing business development to supporting agents and ensuring operational excellence, she is dedicated to building a strong foundation that allows the entire ERG team, as well as its clients and business partners, to thrive.

Professionally, Sarah brings a forward-thinking approach to leadership and is passionate about creating scalable systems that fuel growth. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Finance and focus on Communications, she leverages her love and proficiency in real estate operations, team development, and business strategy to strengthen ERG’s impact across Northeast Georgia and beyond. 

Personally, Sarah is an optimist at heart who values creativity, integrity and faith. Her love and reverence for Christ guides both her personal and professional life, shaping the way she leads, serves, and supports those around her. She enjoys spending time outdoors, visiting with family and friends, studying Scripture, reading and painting- all with a hot cup of coffee in hand. With a future-focused mindset rooted in faith, she is committed to leaving an impact through her work while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and purpose inside and outside of the office.
