Meet Baley Williams, the creative force and founder behind Baley Alise Interiors - a boutique interior design firm that brings intentional, affordable, and personalized spaces to life.

Meet Baley!

Baley Williams grew up just outside of Athens in Jefferson, GA, and from a young age, interior design came naturally to her. What started as a holiday decorating side hustle for family and friends quickly turned into a full-blown passion and ultimately, a thriving business.

Baley studied interior design, business, and entrepreneurship in college while working for a respected design firm in Atlanta. Those experiences gave her a deep understanding of both the artistic and business sides of the industry… from sourcing the perfect textures and palettes to learning how to run a successful design studio.

It was during college that Baley officially launched Baley Alise Interiors (pronounced “Elise,” just with an “A”), and she hasn’t looked back since. Today, she works with clients in Atlanta, Athens, Braselton, and several Lake communities, creating beautiful, functional, and meaningful spaces they’re proud to call home.

When she’s not designing, you can find Baley spending time with her fiancé Jameson (they’re getting married this Fall!), their pup Lucy, or cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. A true creative duo, Baley and Jameson—who works in construction management—dream of one day teaming up to build and design custom homes. Maybe we’ll catch them on HGTV someday!

What inspired you to start your business?
"I’ve always had a passion for turning blank spaces into something beautiful and personal. I love helping people feel more at home and more inspired in the spaces they spend the most time in.”

What are you most proud of in your business?
“The genuine connections I’ve built with my clients. Hearing someone say, ‘This space finally feels like me,’ is the most rewarding part of the job.”

What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned?
“Success takes patience and consistency. It doesn’t always look like big wins—it’s the small, steady steps that make the biggest difference over time.”

How would you describe your business in one word?
Intentional. “Everything I do—from design decisions to client relationships—is rooted in intention and purpose.”

What’s a dream goal for Baley Alise Interiors?
“To one day work alongside my fiancé Jameson designing and building custom homes. That’s been our dream from the beginning.”

The best advice you’ve ever received?
“Progress over perfection. As a creative, it’s easy to want everything to be flawless before you put it out there. But you grow by taking action, not waiting for perfect.”

And finally, what are you most grateful for right now?
“I’m so grateful for the Lord’s presence in my life. None of this would be possible without Him. Every setback, leap forward, and quiet moment has been part of His greater plan.”
